Guardtech Group: Meet the Team – Elliot Pearce

We’ll be catching up with a different member of the team over the coming months to find out what makes Guardtech such a happy family

Name: Elliott Pearce
Role: Project Manager – Modular Cleanrooms

Hello there! What’s your name and what do you do at the Guardtech Group?

“Hello, I’m Elliott Pearce – and I’m a Project Manager for our modular cleanrooms.”

And what does that role involve?

“Budget and schedule management. Ultimately, delivering the cleanroom on time, in budget and of the highest standard.”

How long have you been at Guardtech – and have you always worked in Project Management?

“Three years now. I was at an audio company for five years before this job, doing two apprenticeships in electrical engineering (Level 4 & HNC). I started off in cleanroom design and then moved to projects.”

Sounds like you’ve had a great education here! So, what is it that you like about working at Guardtech?

“I love the family feel that Guardtech has – and, of course, you can’t beat the 5-aside football!”

What sort of stuff do you like doing outside of work?

“I like to go mountain biking and get outside and take in as much nature as I can.”

Here’s a tough one! If you had to pair up with one person in the office who would it be – and why?

“Charlotte Connolly [Purchasing Co-ordinator] – she’s the best! She just gets stuff done. Arran Williams, my fellow modular PM, is always helpful to bounce ideas off, too.”

How brilliant! What has been your favourite project to work on then?

“My favourite project to work on has been Elis Cleanrooms, as this was the first large-scale Cleanroom Solutions project that I had complete ownership of and have been one of the lead Design Engineers on.”
